The Lacey Group PolicyWe take pride in our customer service at The Lacey Group, and this includes not only the quality of our products but also the speed of our service and delivery. Keeping this in mind, if you need to cancel or change an order scheduled for pickup or delivery from The Lacey Group, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup with your request.

Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to deliver when requested. The Lacey Group  may contact you to change a time if needed.

Residential Deliveries -  If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, The Lacey Group  will make every effort to contact the recipient and deliver again at a convenient time. The Lacey Group  will not leave any product without making arrangements with the customer receiving the order. 


Business or School Deliveries -  The Lacey Group  gladly delivers to businesses. The delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. The Lacey Group  is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the business is closed, The Lacey Group  will contact the person who made the order so that it can be delivered to him/her. If you are ordering for a business, please check the hours of operation so that the product is not delivered during closed lunch hours or after hours.

Privacy Policy - We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy - Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy - Full refunds available for online orders up to $250 cancelled 48 hours prior to pick up/delivery. Larger orders must be cancelled two weeks prior to pick up/delivery for a full refund. If custom products were purchased for your order, you will not be refunded for those.
